A Level Law

  • WINDSOR COLLEGE
  • LEVEL 3

Course Overview

A-Level Law is a challenging course in which you will learn the basic principles of English law and its role in society, criminal offences against people and property and civil law such as tort and contract, also examining principles like justice or fault.

This is an ideal course for those who are interested in pursuing law at higher education with a Law degree or Apprenticeship, preparing learners for this next step. However, it is also suited to those who are simply interested or curious about the subject and how our legal system operates. You will hear from guest speakers who work in the industry – E.g. solicitor, barrister, magistrate and the police. Students who have undertaken this course have gone on to practice law, join the police, pursue business or teach to name just some examples.
